Local seeds and local seedlings were used in the planting work of “Minna no Yume Suido,” a waterfront area planned by Suginami Ward where people can learn and interact with diverse living creatures. Before planting, soil thickness and flow paths were examined by the concerned parties to ensure a habitat for a wide variety of creatures.
