This is one of the largest office building exteriors in Japan, with a standard floor area of over 1,200 tsubo (approximately 4,000 square meters), located in the Minato Mirai 21 district of Yokohama.
In addition to commercial facilities, the building includes a fitness studio operated by the Nomura Real Estate Group.
The building has received high evaluations, including “LEED CS GOLD” environmental performance evaluation system, “CASBEE S Rank” certification, and “SEGES” certification, a social and environmental contribution green space evaluation system.
