We recreated the original landscape of the Tama River centering on Hachioji in the area of Hachioji City. A riverbank with willow and ogi trees, a deciduous forest with yellow maples and zelkova trees, and an evergreen forest with Japanese white oaks and firs were planted with a combination of each component species.
Local species: pussy willow, yellow maple, Japanese white oak, fir, etc.
