| June 1967 | Receives first order for overseas property, creates Japanese garden in America |
| March 1968 | Increased capital to 2 million yen |
| April 1968 | Increased capital to 5 million yen |
| November 1971 | Joined the Japan Landscape Construction Industry Association |
| December 1972 | Increased capital to 20 million yen |
| January 1973 | Established Hakone Florist Co., Ltd. |
| April 1973 | Established Iguazu Reforestation Co., Ltd. in Paraguay and started reforestation business. |
| April 1975 | Joined the Tokyo Landscape Gardening and Greening Industry Association |
| August 1982 | Increased capital to 50 million yen |
| May 1984 | Representative Director Teiji Wada Appointed Chairman of Japan Landscape Architecture and Construction Association (~May 1991) |
| February 1994 | Hakone-kai, an association of subcontractors, is established. |
| June 1994 | Shinya Wada appointed as representative director |
| April 2004 | Start of operation of flower museum “Flory” in Shiga Town, Ishikawa Prefecture |
