January 1953 Established with capital of 500,000 yen, Representative Director: Sadatsugu Wada
July 1956 Landscape architecture division relocates office to Kamitakaido, Suginami-ku
September 1966 Joined the Tokyo Landscape Construction Industry Cooperative Association
March 1967 Chiba branch opened
June 1967 Receives first order for overseas property, creates Japanese garden in America
March 1968 Increased capital to 2 million yen
April 1968 Increased capital to 5 million yen
November 1971 Joined the Japan Landscape Construction Industry Association
December 1972 Increased capital to 20 million yen
January 1973 Established Hakone Florist Co., Ltd.
April 1973 Established Iguazu Reforestation Co., Ltd. in Paraguay and started reforestation business.
April 1975 Joined the Tokyo Landscape Gardening and Greening Industry Association
August 1982 Increased capital to 50 million yen
May 1984 Representative Director Teiji Wada Appointed Chairman of Japan Landscape Architecture and Construction Association (~May 1991)
February 1994 Hakone-kai, an association of subcontractors, is established.
June 1994 Shinya Wada appointed as representative director
April 2004 Start of operation of flower museum “Flory” in Shiga Town, Ishikawa Prefecture
