Acquired “Eruboshi Certification” based on the Law for the Promotion of Women’s Activities.

On October 16, 2020, we received “Eruboshi Certification” Stage 2 certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare based on the Law for the Promotion of Women’s Activity.

The “Eruboshi Certification” is a system under which companies that have formulated and submitted an action plan and are in good standing in their efforts to promote the advancement of women may apply to receive certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.

Certification is based on five evaluation criteria: recruitment, continuous employment, working hours, ratio of managers, and various career paths, and companies are given a three-point rating according to the evaluation items for which they meet the criteria.

We met the criteria in four of the five evaluation items and received certification.

We will continue our efforts to create a workplace where each and every employee can work comfortably and demonstrate their abilities to the fullest.
